End your subscription or prepare a cancellation notice.
Manage a purchase through Link
For subscriptions purchased through Link, you can manage your order and cancel further renewals in your Link account. Use the email address from your order. Link may ask you to sign in or create an account if you checked out as a guest. Contact Link purchase support if the order is missing or you need help.
The editor below helps you prepare a notice; it does not send it. Online submission is not available while sales are closed. A downloaded notice is not a receipt. The Link account route is separate from the statutory online cancellation function.
When cancellation takes effect
Ordinary cancellation ends the subscription at the applicable contractual date; it is not the same as withdrawing from the purchase. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected. A cancellation request is not a request to delete your exported music. See the terms for the term and renewal conditions.
The seller’s confirmation must state receipt and the effective end date. A locally prepared draft or a downloaded file is not proof that the seller received your notice. You can ask info@h5ventures.de for product-related help.
