Your withdrawal right

As a consumer entering a distance contract for digital content, you generally have a right to withdraw within fourteen days of entering into the contract. The period does not begin before you have been properly informed of your withdrawal right. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

For a purchase marked “Sold through Link”, address your withdrawal to the seller named in your order confirmation. Its withdrawal notice supplies the full contact details. You can communicate your withdrawal to Link purchase support, identifying your order. Our product support at info@h5ventures.de can help with software questions and identifying your order.

A clear statement of your decision is sufficient. The model below is optional. Sending your withdrawal to the seller before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

For consumers in the EU, the Sold through Link terms additionally provide a fourteen-day cooling-off period from access to or delivery of the product. Give Link support “cooling-off period” as the reason for your request. This merchant policy does not restrict statutory rights.

Effects of withdrawal

Following an effective withdrawal, the seller must reimburse the payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving it, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional fees. Further obligations depend on the contract and the applicable statutory rules.

For paid digital content, the withdrawal right does not expire merely because you download or activate the software. Early expiry requires the statutory conditions, including your express consent to early performance, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the required contract confirmation. No such consent is collected on this website.
